Zhao Jinxiang Conducts Business Activities in Bolivia

From February 19 to March 11 (Sucre time), Zhao Jinxiang, President of CRIG, carried out a series of business activities in Bolivia, paid a visit to Wang Liang, Chinese Ambassador to Bolivia, held talks with principals of Bolivia's Ministry of Development Planning, Road Administration, Ministry of Mining and mining companies, and visited  employees.

On March 5, Zhao Jinxiang met with Ambassador Wang Liang. Zhao Jinxiang thanked the embassy for its long-term guidance and support for the company's development in Bolivia, reported the progress of key projects, and stated that CRIG would give full play to CREC's full industrial chain advantages in infrastructure construction to steadily promote key projects and contribute to deepening China-Bolivia practical cooperation. Ambassador Wang Liang praised CRIG for its achievements in deeply participating in Bolivia's infrastructure construction to boost local economic and social development, as well as actively serving China-Bolivia economic and trade cooperation as the chairman unit of the Chinese Enterprises Chamber of Commerce in Bolivia. He hoped that CRIG would make greater contributions to the development of Chinese enterprises in Bolivia and the deepening of China-Bolivia economic and trade cooperation.

During his stay in Bolivia, Zhao Jinxiang held a series of business meetings. With Ernesto Alberto Farfán Torres, Director of the National Road Administration, the two sides held extensive and in-depth exchanges on the current market development, key project implementation and further deepening cooperation, and established a close coordination  mechanism for the preliminary work of key projects to jointly promote substantive progress. With Fernando Moisés Jiménez Zeballos, Deputy Minister of Development Planning, the two sides held in-depth discussions on the implementation and performance guarantee of key projects, and reached consensus on deepening win-win cooperation and continuously expanding cooperation areas. With Marco Antonio Calderón de La Barca, Minister of Mining, they negotiated the procedures and commercial and technical requirements for key mining construction projects. With José Fernando Córdova Eguivar, President of the mining company COMIBOL, they held detailed discussions and reached important consensus on the implementation plan of key mining projects.
