Product Introduction

The CTR450 Cantilever Roadheader is a hard rock cantilever roadheader fully independently developed by China Railway Engineering Equipment Group Co., Ltd. (CREG). It can economically cut rocks with a uniaxial compressive strength of 90MPa. With a total weight of 188 tons, a total installed power of 757kW, and a cutting range of 9.3m (width) × 8.2m (height) in a single positioning, its cutting power, single-positioning cutting range and total machine weight have all set world records for cantilever roadheaders.

The 1.2m large-stroke cutting section is more flexible and efficient. The liftable and movable enclosed air-conditioned cab and remote control system provide better operation vision, higher convenience and comfort. Meanwhile, it integrates multiple advanced technologies such as multiple cooling technologies, cutting section telescopic stability technology, electro-hydraulic dual-power conveyor drive technology, and intelligent condition monitoring system.

It features high adaptability, high efficiency, high reliability, high-efficiency dust removal and low consumption, and can be widely used in the tunneling construction of highways and railways, cross-sea tunnels, water conservancy projects, national defense projects and other fields with an altitude below 3500 meters. It has been exported to South Korea and was first applied in the Daegu Municipal Highway Tunnel Project in South Korea.

KEY FEATURES

1. Equipped with plateau-type electrical and hydraulic systems, as well as an independent circulating cooling system, to adapt to high-altitude operating environments.

2. The 1.2m telescopic cutting section provides the machine with a maximum cutting area of 76㎡.

3. Adopts digital parameter design, optimized pick arrangement, and reasonably matched relationship between power output and thrust force, ensuring excellent performance and good stability of the whole machine.

4. The cutting head features a dual-speed design of 37/25 r/min, which can switch between high and low speeds reasonably according to the rock hardness, reducing pick consumption and improving cutting efficiency.

5. Equipped with a high-airflow on-board dust removal system of 1500m³/min, which effectively handles the dust generated during cutting.

6. The liftable fully enclosed air-conditioned cab effectively expands the operator's field of vision, and basically eliminates the blind spot of vision during cutting and floor cleaning.

7. Optional dual cutting head configuration for soft and hard rock, which can be interchanged according to working condition requirements.

8. Optional drilling and anchoring assembly is available to improve the adaptability of the whole machine.
